Seahaven

Situated on the banks of Seagrove Bay, in the aptly named town of Seaview on the Isle of Wight, the house boasts an incredible and uninterrupted view across the Solent. Designed as a replacement for an ugly and tired existing house, the new building has an open plan and relaxed layout that makes the most of the beautiful views across the water.

Designed by AR Design Studio an award-winning RIBA certified contemporary architectural practice, based in Winchester, Hampshire, specialising in elegant modern new homes, extensions, renovations and multi-plot developments.

Two bedrooms, both with en-suites and a private study are provided. Well considered orientation and arrangement of rooms make the most of the exciting views of the bay and headland to the south to make this project a high quality but modest scheme.
